Small Claims Court
We are able to assist individuals, small businesses, and corporations who wish to sue or are being sued, and would like to file a defense for the return of money or personal property within the monetary limit of $35,000. Your claim must be filed within two years following the date of the incident.
If the amount of your claim exceeds $35,000 you may still commence an action with the Small Claims Court however you will be required to forgo any amount over $35,000.
